The 17th Annual Los Angeles Greek Film Festival to Honor George Pelecanos with A Tribute and Masterclass

The Los Angeles Greek Film Festival (LAGFF) is proud to announce that novelist, screenwriter, film and television producer, George Pelecanos, will receive the 2023 Honorary Orpheus Award at the Festival’s Opening Night Ceremony on June 3rd in the James Bridges Theater in collaboration with the UCLA Stavros Niarchos Foundation Center for the Study of Hellenic Culture.

2022 Los Angeles Greek Film Festival Red Carpet Closing Night

The red carpet Closing Night of the 16th Los Angeles Greek Film Festival (LAGFF) on Sunday, May 15 at the Silver Screen Theatre, Pacific Design Center was a success. The screening of Araceli Lemos’ award-winning “HOLY EMY”, Orpheus Awards & Reception at the state-of-the-art Silver Screen Theatre at the Pacific Design Center included VIPS, celebrities, dignitaries, along with many filmmakers from Greece.
