On a snowy rural road, a diverse group of people is confronted with a macabre finding.
Two workers set out to lay dirt on an icy road, end up scattering the remains of human bones along the path. In this setting, the workers along with local representatives are called to come up with a solution to the problem they unearthed. Everyone seems to be well aware of the origin of the bones, but nobody wants to reveal the secret locals have been trying to forget.
