On a snowy rural road, a diverse group of people is confronted with a macabre discovery.

Two workers sent out to lay dirt on an icy road end up scattering human bones along the path. In this setting, the workers, along with local representatives, are called to come up with a solution to the problem they have unearthed. Everyone seems to be well aware of the origin of the bones, but nobody wants to reveal the secret the locals have been trying to forget.
