Thanos Koutsandreas was born in Athens and studied mathematics at the University of Patras and at the École Superieure de Realization Audiovisuelle, where he directed three short films and did the editing and sound design for seven more. He worked as an IT engineer until 2017. Since 2008, he has been working as a sound designer and editor.
