The modern history of the oldest educational institution of Hellenism: the Patriarchal Great School, as seen through the eyes of its students and teachers. The movie takes viewers on a journey to Constantinople in the 1950s and 1960s, with its famous red bus and legendary Istiklal cinemas, but also its disasters at the expense of the Greek community.

About the director

Thomas Sideris is an investigative journalist and director at Greek Broadcasting Corporation. His name was on the shortlist two years in a row (2018 and 2019) for the PRIX EUROPA PRIZE, a special EU prize for the best journalist in Europe. He studied political sciences and public administration at the Law School of the University of Athens and specialized in mass media.
