About the director
Giorgos has documented the most severe humanitarian crises and conflicts in more than 25 countries all over the world. His work has been published in Newsweek, TIME, Liberation, Al Jazeera, BILD, The New Yorker, CNN and the BBC, among others. Based in Athens, he now works as a freelance photojournalist and filmmaker.
